Having identified a gap in the testing services provided to insurance companies, Ralph formed DTC Group in 1993 when he acquired the businesses of Hemotex (UK) Ltd and Veritest Ltd. Since that time Ralph has gained an extensive knowledge of the medical evidence and pathology testing services and in particular their application to the life insurance market. Prior to this, Ralph had a successful career in financial services with Middelton James & Co and in the 1960s Ralph was marketing director for a family trading company.Ralph is responsible for the operational strategy of the business and he will, with his management team, select, execute and integrate appropriate acquisitions. |

George Gonzalez - Chief Executive |

Having qualified as a chartered accountant in 1974, George joined one of the worlds largest marine insurers as their chief accountant in 1976. George returned to private practice in 1986, becoming one of the five partners in Morgan Brown & Haynes, which has subsequently grown into a 500 employee concern and which floated on AIM in 2002 as Vantis plc. Georges broad expertise includes business development and M&A and he joined DTC Group as Finance Director in 2001. His experience and auditing knowledge will be beneficial in the successful acquisition of suitable targets in the occupational health market and their subsequent integration into the enlarged Group. Other responsibilities include Group management and performance (including each subsidiary), ensuring the Group attains its publicly announced revenue and earnings targets. With the Financial Controller, supervise all budgets and with the Company Secretary ensuring the Group complies with all corporate governance requirements. |

Peter has played a key role in the senior management of CHL since its formation 17 years ago ultimately as acting Managing Director. He is presently Director of Corporate Services within CHL heading up business development, operations and corporate functions. Having qualified as a solicitor in 1974, Peter held a number of positions within Independent British Healthcare Plc, as Group Company Secretary and Director of its property development division, IBH (Contracts) Limited. This included identifying and managing a hospital joint venture, floating the company on AIM and subsequently selling it to Community Hospital Group plc (now part of Capio A.B). |

Nicholas Brewin - Financial Controller of CHG plc and Director of Company Health Ltd |

After qualifying as a chartered accountant with PKF and a brief period as an internal auditor at a major oil company, Nicholas became financial controller for an expanding executive search and selection company. Nicholas assisted in the growth of this company from 5 to 34 offices globally and a turnover of approximately £30 million. From leading the finance team in a buyout in 2001, Nicholas left the business and joined DTC in 2003. After assisting with the smooth transition to a newly created centralised finance department in London, he introduced new working practices, improved internal controls, and developed more detailed management reporting and budgeting systems. Nicholas identified the need for a Group IT Manager and has helped manage key IT projects since the latters appointment in July 2004.Nick Brewin's responsiblities include Group financial/budgetary controls for the parent and all subsideries and financial modelling. |
